The following cancellations guidelines are without exception and are never modified for any reason.
Please DO NOT ASK for an exception to be made.
All Deposits Are Non-Refundable.
All Studios Excluding Showcase Suites For Sessions Of 2 To 3 Hours, A Minimum Of 48 Hours Notice Is Required For Cancellations Or Changes
For Showcase Suites And All Other Rehearsal Studio Bookings Of 4 Hours Or More We Require 1 Day For Every Hour Booked For All Cancellations And/Or Changes.
Examples:
- 2 Hour Session - A minimum of 2 days notice is required.
- 3 Hour Session - A minimum of 3 days notice is required.
(In Showcase Suites Only) (incl. 3rd hr. free sessions)
- 4 Hour Session - A minimum of 4 days notice is required.
- 6 Hour Session - A minimum of 6 days notice is required.
Rehearsal Lockouts Require 1 Weeks Notice For Any And All Cancellations And/Or Changes
Recording Sessions require at least 1 weeks notice for any cancellations or changes.

Smash Customer Guidelines: Cancellation Policy is repeated from above.
1. Rehearsal cancellations and/or changes require the following:
- Showcase rooms: 1 day for every hour booked (example: 4 hours = 4 days)
- All other rooms: 2-3 hours = 48 hours
- Recording Sessions: require one week’s notice
- No canceled or changed sessions allowed in less than required time.
- Full amount for sessions canceled and/or changed after allowed time stipulated will be taken from clients floating deposit/deposit or charged to credit card on file.
2. Clients are required to check their email confirmations and inform Smash immediately of
any discrepancies in their booking(s). Smash will not be held responsible for client’s sessions
that are viewed as mis-booked, etc. if client does not contact Smash within 24 hours of
emailed confirmation date.
3. Rooms do not include 1/4” cables, guitar straps, sticks, guitars, or gear not presently in
room booked.
4. All session prices are based on a 5 % cash discount. Credit Card charges will always include an additional 5% charge for non-cash payment.
5. No hourly Rehearsal time will be booked without full payment or valid credit card.
6. No Recording time will be booked without 50% deposit.
7. All deposits are non-refundable.
8. Checks only accepted 5 business working days in advance of sessions booked (bouncedchecks will receive a $35 service charge).
9. Any repairs or replacement of equipment damaged due to client negligence will be the sole responsibility of the client.
10. All rehearsal-recording to cassette or in-room CD-R are recommended for referenceonly.
11. Additional charges may apply for the following:
- Tampering with PA’s
- Trash left in rooms
- Change of room setup
- Large unarranged groups
- Other issues that may arise determined by the studio
